We understand that plans can change.

  • Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Changes made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.

Studio Access & Time Management

3

Your booking time includes setup, shoot time, and pack down.

  • Please ensure you arrive and depart within your allocated time.

  • Same-day extensions are welcome if the studio is available — simply reach out during your session.

  • Additional time is charged at the standard hourly rate.

  • A member of the Studio Atelier team will be present to open the space and remain on-site for the duration of your booking, available to assist with any questions or support as needed.

Sound & Filming Conditions

4

Studio Atelier is not a soundproof space.

While we do our best to maintain a calm environment, we cannot guarantee complete control over external noise (including neighbouring businesses, street noise, or building activity).

For this reason, we cannot assure perfect audio conditions for video or sound recording.

Studio Atelier is a curated, shared creative space — we ask all guests to treat it with care.

  • Please leave the studio as you found it.

  • All furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original positions.

  • Any damage, breakage, or excessive cleaning required may incur additional fees.

5

Studio Use & Care

  • General tidy-up is expected at the end of your booking.

  • Please dispose of any rubbish and empty bins if full.

  • The studio should be left in a condition ready for the next guest.

6

Cleaning & Pack Down

  • Food and drinks are welcome within the studio - we just ask that you’re mindful of the space.

    • Please take care around furniture, backdrops, and styling pieces.

    • Any spills (especially coffee or coloured drinks) should be cleaned immediately using the equipment provided.

    • Please notify our team of any spills or stains so we can assist if needed and prevent damage.

We ask that the studio is left clean and presentable at the end of your booking.
Where additional cleaning is required beyond a standard reset, a cleaning fee will be charged.

7

Food & Drink

Your booking includes access to our curated range of:

  • Studio setups (pink curtains, chrome wall and timber backdrops)

  • Furniture and styling pieces

  • Basic equipment (as listed on our website)

Please note, paper backdrops are available at an additional $20/$30 per use.

If you’re unsure about specific setups or would like to plan ahead, feel free to reach out prior to your shoot.
